CURRENT CONTROL
CURRENT CONTROL ELECTRONICS
To guarantee the lighting stability, TPL Vision
develops current control power supplies for
products without electronics (SE).
Indeed, leds have very specific features in that
field. A very slight voltage variation, of just few
percents, can multiply the current consumption,
which has an impact on the led lifespan. To cope
with this problem, TPL Vision has developed a
specific range of current control power supplies,
in order to guarantee both lighting stability and
longevity.
Since these current control power supplies are
adjustable, the strobe mode can be customized
very precisely. Then, it ensures a perfect synchro-
nization between the light and the camera, even
when the latter has very short shooting times. The
image is taken at the best possible moment, when
the light is stabilized.
These products can then be inserted in hostile
environments while the current control power
supplies are settled in safer places, to guarantee an
efficient functioning of the machine vision system.
